(IQSweb) Please follow steps 1 - 4 to install IQSweb v3

Step 1: Please download and follow the Installation Instructions (Complete) or Quick Installation Instructions (Upgrading from v1 or v2 of IQSweb) for IQSweb v3 before you begin.

Step 2: Make sure that you have run the IQS database cleanup utility with no errors before proceeding.

Step 3: Backup all critical files.

Step 4: Deploy IQSweb.

• Download Crystal Reports Runtime 32-bit(Distributed specifically for IQSweb)
• Download Crystal Reports Runtime 64-bit(Distributed specifically for IQSweb)
• Download IQSweb v3 Web Service Setup file
• Download IQSweb v3 Setup file
• Download IQSweb v3 Data Conversion program (Optional - only needed for converting and adding legacy IQS V6 data to an existing IQSweb v3 database at a later time after installation)

(IQS v5/6) Please follow steps 1-4 to install IQS v5 & 6

NOTE: IQS v5/6 has been decommissioned. Please upgrade to the current version of IQSweb.

Step 1: Update to v6. Then use the IQS Cleanup Utility prior to upgrading to IQSweb.

• Download IQS Version 6.0 (Update exe). Download Version 6, extract and replace the file iqs.exe in your iqs folder.

v4 users: Download and run the database update program before upgrading to v6.

• Download Version 5.0 Database Update Download Version 5.0 update if you are using version 4.0. If you are using a version older than 4.0 you must contact the IQS team member in your region for help.
